Biography

About Alan

Alan is a senior portfolio manager in Northern Trust's global index equity group. Alan joined Northern Trust (NT) in February 2017 and is responsible for managing index equity portfolios that include NT common & collective funds, SMAs, and overlay products.

Previously, Alan was a portfolio manager at BlackRock on the U.S. iShares team and was responsible for managing a broad range of domestic U.S. iShares equity funds. He has also worked at PIMCO earlier in his career as a portfolio management associate on the real return desk where he focused on both inflation-linked and commodity related products.

Alan holds a master's degree and bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Southern California (USC). Alan is also a CFA Charterholder.
