About Jiemin Xu
Jiemin Xu, Vice President, is a Portfolio Manager on the Quantitative Active Equity team responsible for research and implementation of several large/small cap quantitative equity strategies.
Prior to this role, Jiemin worked as a Senior Consultant within the Model Risk Management Group, responsible for validating a broad range of complex quantitative models developed and deployed within the organization. Prior to joining Northern Trust in 2016, Jiemin was a Senior Analyst at Synchrony Financial, where she worked on developing and testing a number of quantitative models cross functionally.
Jiemin has a Master of Science degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago. She is an active CFA charter holder.
