About Michael
Michael Natale is head of intermediary distribution, responsible for driving the adoption of Northern Trust Asset Management's investment expertise and strategies in the intermediary market in North America.
An experienced investment industry professional, Michael has successfully built, developed and managed sales teams for more than 20 years, focusing on diversity, process and qualitative results. He has experience across channels and products, including exchange-traded funds, mutual funds and managed solutions.
Previously, Michael managed and developed internal sales teams of more than 50 sales professionals at both Deutsche Bank, where he worked seven years, and Morgan Li, where he worked five years.
Michael earned his bachelor's degree and MBA from Stetson University in Deland, Florida. Michael holds the FINRA Series FINRA Series 7 (General Securities Representative), 24 (General Securities Principal) and 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) securities licenses. A former professional golfer, Michael was a five-time winner of the Chicago City Amateur Championship.
