About Tim
Tim Blair is Head of Municipal Bond Portfolio Management and Research on the Global Fixed Income team at Northern Trust Asset Management. Tim is responsible for oversight of the portfolio management and research functions across investment grade and high yield strategies. Tim has been a member of the municipal fixed income team as a trader, credit research analyst and portfolio manager. As a senior research analyst, Tim covered a portfolio of credits spanning the risk spectrum of investment grade to high yield. As a senior portfolio manager, Tim managed both tax-exempt mutual funds and separately managed accounts.
Tim has a B.S. in Enterprise Management and is a CFA® charterholder. He has more than 25 years of fixed income investment management experience.

Arizona Tax-Exempt Fund
The Fund seeks to generate tax-exempt income by investing primarily in municipal securities that are exempt from federal income tax and Arizona personal income tax.
California Intermediate Tax-Exempt Fund
The Fund seeks to generate tax-exempt income by investing primarily in intermediate-term municipal securities that are exempt from federal income tax and California personal income tax.
California Tax-Exempt Fund
The Fund seeks to generate tax-exempt income by investing primarily in municipal securities that are exempt from federal income tax and California personal income tax.
High Yield Municipal Fund
The Fund seeks a high level of current income that is exempt from federal income tax by investing in high yielding municipal securities while managing portfolio risk.
Intermediate Tax-Exempt
The Fund seeks to produce conservative current income that is exempt from federal income tax by investing in a broad range of high-quality municipal securities while managing portfolio risk.
Limited Term Tax-Exempt Fund
The Fund seeks to primarily invest in high-quality, investment-grade municipal securities with an average maturity between one and six years. The Fund selects investments based on their relative value with a focus on total return.
Tax-Advantaged Ultra-Short Fixed Income Fund
The Fund seeks to provide greater after-tax yield than a money market fund, with potential for capital appreciation by investing in both taxable and tax-exempt investment grade securities.
Tax-Exempt Fund
The Fund seeks to provide a high level of current income by investing in a broad range of long-term investment-grade municipal securities.
