Biography

About Jordan

Jordan Dekhayser is head of equity client portfolio management for Northern Trust Asset Management. Jordan leads a team that specializes in quantitative and index equities, and focuses on developing and delivering factor-based and index investment insights. He works with a wide range of client types around the globe, including institutional and wealth investors.

With more than 16 years at Northern Trust, Jordan has served in several roles, including senior portfolio manager and lead equity ETF portfolio manager where he led a team of portfolio managers responsible for a variety of index-based and quantitative strategies. He has extensive experience conducting factor-based research, including integration of ESG factors into equity portfolios, as well as publishing papers on related topics. Before joining Northern Trust in 2008, Jordan worked for Deutsche Bank as a sales-trader for the global equity program trading team where he covered U.S. institutional clients trading global equities.

Jordan holds an bachelor’s of science in finance from Rutgers University where he graduated in 2003 with highest honors. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute, the 190,000-global member association that serves investment management professionals. He is also a member of the CFA Society of Chicago.
